How to measure chest: Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level and parallel to the ground. Keep one finger between the tape and your body for comfort.

From the date of delivery
You can return or exchange most items within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- All white coloured products — due to hygiene and soiling concerns, white garments are non-returnable.
- Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Products with tags removed or packaging discarded.
- Items returned after the 3-day window has passed.
- Sale items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
- Custom or altered items.
Exchange Policy

We offer size and colour exchanges subject to availability. If the replacement item is of higher value, you'll need to pay the difference. If it's lower, we'll issue store credit.

Refund Policy
How you get your money back
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as preferred.

How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, select your product and size, then click "Order on WhatsApp". This will open a pre-filled WhatsApp message to our team who will confirm your order, address, and payment details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) in select pincodes. Payment details are shared via WhatsApp after your order is confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Express delivery may be available on request.
Is there free delivery?
Yes! Free delivery on all orders above Rs.1999. For orders below this amount, a shipping charge of Rs.99–Rs.149 may apply depending on location.
Can I return white coloured products?
No — white coloured products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This is due to hygiene and soiling concerns. Please refer to the size guide before purchasing white garments and contact us on WhatsApp if you need help choosing the right size.
What if I receive a wrong or defective item?
We sincerely apologise! Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with a photo of the item and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you, including return shipping.

Yes! Visit us at Shanmuga Mens Wear, Vaniyan Kovil Street, Thirupathur, Sivagangai District, Tamil Nadu — 630211. Open Monday to Sunday, 9am to 9pm. You are welcome to browse the full collection in person.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking number and courier details via WhatsApp. You can track your parcel directly on the courier's website.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible — but you can initiate a return after delivery.
